Katy perry now come back strongly by an Documentary film
Katy Perry
The recent 3-D documentary “Katy Perry: Part of Me” has surprised the critics since in this video, the record setting pop singer has come out of her stereotyped get up of blue haired sweet doll who was bent to turn average person into smiling flowers coated with candy.
Consider it as a pro-Katy Perry propaganda but the truth is that her entertaining movie is a startling success. Hats off t Katy Perry and her director cum reality TV vets Jane Lipstiz and Den Cutforth. Although during the course of the documentary, moments come when it is very easy to detect the fingerprints of filmmakers on the skillfully altered putty of an audience, yet the scenes were not able to break the spell casted over the audience.
The main storyline of the movie revolves around the “Firework” singer of 2011. The story is a compelling one that reproduces a combination of onstage moments that includes screaming fans, interesting behind the scene moments. Also Katy Perry visiting her brassy grandmother is art of the documentary.
This year proved to be an eventful year for Katy Perry since along with her much hailed ‘California Dreams Tour’ it brought an ended to the 14 months marriage of Katy Perry to her British comedian ex husband Russell Brand.
Most noteworthy is the elaboration of emotions that the documentary has been able to achieve. Thanks to the weekly magazines that kept audience abreast with the personal life of Katy Perry and the ups and down she has been encountering lately after her married life broke up.
Celebrity marriages as short lived as they have been always, sometimes seems trivial but surely these breakups gives rise to a palpable sorrow.
However, the documentary was not completely devoid of any flaws and had few such as the use of 3-D merely added to ticket prices. The moments shown during the documentary do not warranty wearing special glasses for as long as 90 minutes.
